The Pinlock® anti-fog insert is the industry-leading solution for preventing helmet visor fogging. Installed on the inside of the visor, it creates an insulating air pocket between the visor and the insert, preventing moisture build-up and ensuring clear visibility in cold, humid, and changing weather conditions.

The insert is made from a specially developed moisture-absorbing material that reacts quickly to temperature and humidity changes. When correctly installed, it fits securely, maintains excellent optical clarity, and causes no visual distortion. Pinlock inserts are widely used as original equipment (OEM) by major helmet manufacturers and are designed to meet demanding safety standards.
